| Library Moved to Millheim Borough Building |
The Millheim Borough is pleased to welcome the East Penns Valley Branch Library, formerly Aaronsburg Library, to the main floor of the Millheim Borough Building. The new library hours are :
Monday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 1 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 1 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

| Important Rules and Regulations |
Sidewalk Obstructions: It is the responsibility of the property owner to see that all sidewalks are cleared of snow, ice and other obstructions within twenty-four (24) hours after the same shall cease to fall, in the case of snow, or shall have occurred, in the case of ice or other obstructions. Curbside brush pick up is done the first Monday of the month beginning in April and ending in December. The pick up for January is the second Monday of the month so Christmas trees can be collected. No pick ups are done in February or March. Please call Glenn Ripka at 349-8177 to be added to the list. Parking: There is 2-hour parking in the downtown business district. The area is signed and offenders may be ticketed. Please note: Parking in front of a fire hydrant is not permitted, offenders will be ticketed. Building Permits and Yard Sale Permits are required in the Borough so please call Glenn Ripka at 349-8177 for more information before starting any project.
